Australian born Bridget Fleming got her start in photography as one of two assistants on a three-week-long endurance race across 500 miles of New Zealand and Fiji terrain with a team of 12 photographers. While documenting extreme sports events did not appeal to her, the photojournalism aspect did. Convinced that she wanted to become a news photojournalist and work for Time Magazine, Bridget used up vacation days from her day job in advertising to travel to Calgary and intern for the legendary photojournalist, Rob Galbraith. In the end, fashion prevailed and Bridget found herself in New York City shooting for her first client, Cole Haan. Most recently Bridget has shot for Marie Claire UK, Glamour US, Interview, Suited Mag, Essential Homme, Finery, to name a few.
