James M. Rosenthal is bringing her unique style to the masses as a designer as well as wardrobe specialist, influencing the trends even as she interprets them. A native New Yorker, James graduated from Indiana University and Parsons School of Design before joining Sportswear International Magazine as a market editor and stylist. There she had the good fortune to pursue her dual passions of styling and design, shaping the look for brands including Anna Sui and Donna Karan. Today as a freelancer James works internationally with magazines, performing artists and top brands as well as making her mark on the world of music video with directors including Floria Sigismondi, Barnaby Roper and Diane Martel. She is the fashion editor of New York’s renowned boutique magazine Oakazine, as well as fashion director for the first digital magazine, FLY 16X9. James resides in Manhattan’s East Village and continues to inspire with her keen eye and unaparalleled creativity.
